Dantani Sports Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dantani Sports. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services including our PR, Media Monitoring Dashboard, TV Rights distribution, and any other products or services (collectively "Services"). By accessing or using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms please do not use our Services.

Definitions

• "Dantani Sports", "we", "our", or "us" refers to Dantani Sports Ltd.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to the individual or entity using our Services.
• "Dashboard" refers to the Dantani Sports media monitoring dashboard.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services.

Account Registration

• To access certain features of our Services, you must register an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Use of Services

• You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Subscription and Payment

Dashboard Plans: As explained on sales calls for Amateur, MVP and GOAT. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Subscription fees are informed during the sales process and invoiced before any payment is accepted. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any fee changes.

Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Dantani Sports or our licensors.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your internal business purposes.
• You are strictly prohibited from sharing, copying, or distributing any content from our Services, including charts, screenshots, and any part of our Dashboard or services without prior written consent from Dantani Sports.
• You are not allowed to share any content from our Dashboard on social media or any public platform without explicit permission from Dantani Sports.

Confidentiality

• You agree to keep all information obtained through your use of our Services strictly confidential.
• You are prohibited from disclosing any confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of Dantani Sports.
• Confidential information includes but is not limited to any data, charts, algorithms, AI model ideas, screenshots, and any aspect of our Dashboard or services.
• You are prohibited from sharing any confidential information, including screenshots, on social media or any public platform.

Data Privacy

• We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all data you provide to us is accurate and up-to-date.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• You are prohibited from sharing any data or information obtained through our Services with any third party without our prior written consent.

Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any partial subscription periods or for unused Services. In the event of a termination of your subscription, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees paid.

Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease, and you must destroy all copies of any aspect of our Services in your possession.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dantani Sports be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dantani Sports and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court of England having jurisdiction thereof.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
